Mathieu Reymond graduated as a BSc in Computer Science at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 2015, and as MSc in Computer Science with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence at the VUB in 2017. In 2023 he completed his PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Ann Nowé, and co-supervised by Dr. Diederik M. Roijers.
During his thesis, he investigated how to improve the scalability and sample-efficiency in multi-objective reinforcement learning, by incorporating prior knowledge about the decision maker. As a teaching assistant, he also taught various courses, and supervised Bachelor and Master theses.
