Veronica Biancacci is a PhD student at the AI Lab Brussels under the supervision of Pieter Libin. She graduated in 2020 with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering and obtained her M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence in 2023 at the University of Bologna in Italy.
Her research focuses on Reinforcement Learning algorithms for real-time decision support for real-world problems, such as the mitigation of epidemics, using realistic simulation models.
