Tim Brys holds a Master and PhD degree in Computerscience from the VUB, as well as a Master of Religion in Middle Eastern and North-African studies, obtained in Beirut, Lebanon. His PhD research focused on the use of heuristic information in Reinforcement Learning. Tim is also involved in peace-building work in Lebanon and works as a freelance writer.
