I am a post-doc researcher at the Artificial Intelligence lab, under the supervision of Ann Nowé. My research domain is Reinforcement Learning, with a focus on Transfer Learning, i.e., how AI systems can reuse already learned skills to tackle new tasks.
I obtained an FWO grant for strategic basic research, starting in January 2019.
In April 2023, I defended my PhD thesis titled “Guiding the Exploration Strategy of a Reinforcement Learning Agent”. I am currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at the AI Lab.
