Farnaz is a PhD researcher at the VUB AI Lab, focusing on Multi-Modal Machine Learning and Trustworthy AI under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lynn Houthuys. She obtained her B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Electrical-Control Engineering from the University of Tabriz, Iran. During her master’s studies, she worked on projects in Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing, with a focus on Uncertainty analysis and Evolutionary Optimization Techniques.
