On March 6, the “Jonge Academie” (Young Academy) of the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Sciences and Arts will inaugurate ten new members. This institute brings together top young researchers and artists to contribute to the formation of the public image of science, through debates, opinion pieces and events. Prof. Libin of the AI Lab was chosen as one of this year’s promising upcoming talents for his research on the use of AI to advise decision makers, i.a., in epidemic contexts.
