Cover & differentiate

In this chapter we integrate the original cover and differentiate (C&D) approach [Eshelman, 1988][McDermott, 1988] into the CommonKads library. C&D can be described with an expertise model that fits several task types, and is therefore generic in respect to these tasks.

The vocabulary is investigated for each of the different tasks. This results in modelling-operators for relabelling knowledge roles of the original generic model. Without this relabelling it is hard to understand what knowledge roles, inferences and assumptions refer to within the context of the task.
